Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode survei dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas XII di SMK Negeri se-kota Sukabumi yaitu sebanyak 1934 orang, dengan melibatkan sampel sebanyak 321 orang menggunakan teknik <em>simpel random sampling</em>. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan observasi, dokumentasi, dan kuesioner. Hasil penyebaran kuesioner dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif, regresi linear sederhana dan uji-t. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Praktik Kerja Lapangan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kesiapan kerja peserta didik di SMK Negeri se-kota Sukabumi dengan perolehan nilai koefisien regresi sebesar 0,870, dan nilai t<sub>hitung</sub> < t<sub>tabel </sub>(15,279 > 1,968) dengan nilai Sig. 0,000 < 0,05.</p>2024-03-31T00:00:00+00:00Copyright (c) 2024 NIẒĀMUL`ILMI : Jurnal Manajemen Pendidikan Islamhttps://ejournal.inkhas.ac.id/index.php/nizamulilmi/article/view/271Perubahan Kurikulum dan Implikasinya terhadap Mutu Pembelajaran 2025-01-03T13:34:14+00:00Ulil Azmiulilazmi@staisyamsululum.ac.id<p>Perubahan kurikulum seringkali dipicu oleh perkembangan teknologi, perubahan sosial, dan kebutuhan ekonomi yang terus berkembang. Perubahan kurikulum telah mengubah lingkungan pembelajaran di berbagai sekolah. Penelitian ini mengkaji perubahan kurikulum yang diterapkan di SMA Islam As-Syafi'iyyah di Kecamatan Sukalarang Kabupaten Sukabumi, dengan fokus pada dampaknya terhadap mutu pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan analisis dokumen kurikulum yang baru, observasi kelas, dan wawancara dengan warga sekolah. Sementara pengolahan data melibatkan tahapan pengumpulan data, reduksi data, pemaparan data dalam bentuk naratif, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perubahan kurikulum telah berkontribusi positif terhadap peningkatan mutu pembelajaran di sekolah tersebut, dengan peningkatan signifikan dalam prestasi siswa dan penguatan nilai-nilai karakter dalam proses pembelajaran. Work productivity is a collection of various tasks to achieve educational goals. This study aims to find out how the application of conflict management policies in increasing work productivity at MTs Plus Darul Hufadz. The method used in this study uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is a strategy to examine and find out the meaning of groups or individuals related to social problems. In research, it includes discussions and visible processes, analyzes materials and data in an inductive way, builds them from specific things to general things, and researchers make shapes regarding the meaning of the data in question. The results of the study show that the Application of Conflict Management Policies in Increasing Work Productivity at MTs Plus Darul Hufadz can have a positive impact. The inability of school principals to resolve conflicts between teachers and students can cause serious problems that impact learning activities. At Kiyafatul Achyar High School, Bandung City, there was a conflict between teachers and students due to communication errors and non-technical disputes. The purpose of this research is to find out patterns, obstacles and solutions to leadership communication in conflict resolution at Kifayatul Achyar High School. This research uses a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Research on leadership communication in conflict resolution at Kifayatul Achyar High School in Bandung City shows that interpersonal, group, and organizational communication patterns are used in conflict resolution. Obstacles faced include differences of opinion, lack of facilities, and teachers who teach outside their area of expertise. The proposed solutions involve deliberation, submission of proposals, and evaluation. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui perencanaan model William Edward Deming, terutama dalam bidang pendidikan. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif jenis library research. Sumber data yang dijadikan acuan pada penelitian ini yaitu buku, website, makalah dan artikel ilmiah dari berbagai jurnal. Hasil dari penelitian ini yaitu secara umum, William Edward Deming mengedepankan langkah antisipasi atau pencegahan dalam manajemen perbaikan kualitas. The curriculum as the main educational tool plays a central role in curriculum planning and implementation, especially in a madrasah environment rich in Islamic values. The curriculum is, first and foremost, a structured guide that provides a basis for outlining learning objectives. By clearly stating the objectives, teachers can devise appropriate learning strategies to meet the needs of the madrasah. The first priority when creating a curriculum is to focus on achieving students' overall educational goals, including spiritual, academic and social aspects. The article also highlights the importance of coherence between the curriculum, madrasah vision and Islamic education goals. By ensuring that the espoused religious values and principles of the madrasah are reflected in the curriculum, the spiritual and moral dimensions of learning can be incorporated into the curriculum. In addition, the article highlights the role of continuous assessment as an integral part of curriculum implementation. Periodic evaluation helps measure the achievement of educational objectives, provides necessary feedback and allows for the adjustment of the curriculum in relation to the evolving context of the madrasah. By combining theoretical perspectives and empirical findings, this article aims to provide a holistic understanding of how the existing curriculum implementation at MAN 3 Karawang can shape and guide the educational objectives in the madrasah.
